I'v been advertising it on my myspace, facebook, and I'v convinced most of my friends to put up a small banner on their myspace for me.
I understand that you receive $5.00 to sign up for it. How exactly do I get the $5.00 into my paypal?

The $5 is a credit that you receive on your first payout. I pay out every $50 and will direct deposit to the paypal account that you have set up.
