I know that some of our users have had a little bit of trouble using the message board, and so I did some searching on YouTube and found the below video. It is a very basic introduction to the message board component that we are using and shows how to create a new thread. Chances are- if you're reading this post then you know how a message board works (thus I'm preaching to the choir), but maybe it'll help some people.
