Welcome everyone!

I?m pleased to announce the release of the www.TrainFightWin.com MMA Discussion board. This board is hopefully going to accommodate all of the discussion that our HUGE (and still growing at an alarming rate) community can handle. First and foremost, I want to thank everyone for their interest. The site has gone through some major changes, and I?m thrilled to announce some of our results.... On March 10, it will be the date that www.TrainFightWin.com turns 2 months old. With only 2 months on the internet, we have a community of over 300 registered users, 7 hours of FREE instructional videos, over 200,000 views online, and countless unique visitors from over 15 countries. Thanks for your support!

Next, I want to take a moment to explain the way that this discussion board will work. Unfortunately, there will be people who abuse this privilege. Sadly enough, there will be some people who will register for the site for the sole purpose of spamming the board. There will inevitably be some pornographic spammers who post videos, pictures, and offensive content. It is the job of EVERYONE to make sure that we put a stop to this action IMMEDIATELY! Please report these types of posts to a moderator or administrator, and it will be removed immediately. Furthermore, the poster?s IP address will be permanently banned and (if necessary) legal action will be taken. I will NOT accept any type of spamming WHATSOEVER!!!

That being said, I think that the forums can be a great way for our great community of Mixed Martial Arts fans/participants to have a place to get some discussion going. I want to see some positive discussion about fighters, fights, styles, organizations, gear, gyms, training camps, exercises, and any other aspect of our great sport.

So please, participate in the discussion in a positive and productive manner. Please keep the language clean and keep the environment ?educational.? You know what to do...
