If you like someone's post, you can use the Karma rating to show your appreciation. Since excessive "bumping" will trash a board, we will use the Karma rating for this purpose.

In short, if you enjoy a post because of good content, you can look to the top right corner of their post for the Karma rating. you can increase their karma rating by clicking the thumbs up picture or you can decrease their karma rating for a bad post. That being said-- a bad post doesn't necessarily mean that you just disagree with what they are saying. For instance, if I think that Serra would beat the brakes off of Hughes and you disagree because you like Hughes, you shouldn't shoot down my karma just because I think your guy will lose. Instead, spark some debate by suggesting how and why you think Hughes will win. Understandable?

If you're not sure what the Karma rating is for, then please don't use it.
