I have a response as far vunak videos i have a set and they sting. I think books are ok. But I think if u really study videos each time u watch them u seemed to see something u missed the first or even the second time you watch them I think this web site as far as videos go is great because it breaks them down in a manner that is easy to understand and not only that they work I truly believe that these videos help me win my first mma match I was really able to chain tech. together and not stay at one tech. if it did not workout the way I want was able to abandon it and move to a more dominant post. and work from there i dont see any books showing you chaining the tech like this site does.

well both eddie bravo books chain the techniques together very well as they have a chart at the start of both books and its easy to remember but i agree im sure videos would do it better, personally i find still images easier to remember though.

yeah trainfightwin has great videos and when im no longer a broke college student i plan on purchasing some.like i say, i prefer live 1 on 1. the problem with is that i dont always have money for lessons so i gotta kinda beg whatever student is willing to teach me. the videos ive seen on youtube from trainfightwin are pretty good. vunak's teaching have no application in mma since alot of his moves involves eye gouges, head butting, and kneeing the groin. that man is the master of fighting cheap. i got it from a friend for free so it was a great value to me.
