I am not to sure if thats what you guys call it.
It is basically when you have someone in your full guard, you take one hand to opposite shoulder, of your opponent, you then stick your arm in his neck and balance on your free hand, you push your hips towards his chest, then grab his tricep, the one by the shoulder you were grabing, the same you hand, sweep him towards that shoulder.
Well I always get my heel stuck beneath his back, and is painful for me.
