One if the reason i dont even check the forum section at sherdog is the over abundance of idiot's on that sight. you cant get an honest responce from anyone and it seems like a competion to see who can flame who the most. So hopefully this site never becomes like that and there are provisions being drawn up to prevent it. Just a thought.

I stick to the S&P and conditioning forums of sherdog and never venture to the HW's. For pure technique discussion grapplersguide is a great site.
