Mir, cause he's the man.... No, really. Congo has one huge weakness and that's the ground. Just so happens that's Mir's strong point. Now Mir's weak point could arguably be his standup. But I think he matches up better on the feet with Congo than Congo does on the ground with him.
Clay Guida, cause we have the same sponsor. And he's the man. Never seen a harder worker. Never seen a guy keep up the pace he does.

BJ V DIEGO
I can't call it, Diego has incredible JJ too so I doubt he will get submitted and I think Diego has better boxing, I doubt Diego will try take him down and will have his takedown defense tight for that fight. Even if he gets Penn in his guard his vicious elbow from the bottom may change BJs game plan. I really want Diego to win because he wants it so much, the guy is a freak and has been waiting for this moment his whole life and I doubt he will let this opportunity pass him by. I'd like to say Diego by tko or decision but my head says BJ by decision.
THIAGO V THIAGO
Alves takes this by decision, can't see Paulo subbing or KOing Alves tbh and I also can't see Alves subbing Paulo, he may tko him but Im gonna go with decision.
CHEICK V MIR
Cheick by GnP tko. Its not up for debate, this is what will happen. *fingers crossed behind back*
KENNY V CLAY
Kenny takes this by decision, damage from guard and his stand-up and takedown defense will take this for him.
Belcher by decision, much better muay thai.
Burns by tko round 3.
Garcia by tko round 2.
Palhares by submission r1.
Hendricks by UD.
Houston Alexandre will lose by submission against who ever he will fight.

I don't know of anyone in the LW division that has JJ anywhere NEAR BJ's ground game. Kenny is a well accomplished JJ player and BJ had his way with him. BJ doesn't just land submissions by setting up BJJ style stuff. He beats his way into the submissions and by that point even the top knotch JJ guys are vulnerable.
I don't think that Diego poses near the threat to BJ that Ken-Flo did, and BJ handled him readily. I think he will do the same (possibly worse) to Diego.

Firstly, I don't think many could pose a plausible chance of finishing BJ in the lightweight division but I think Diego could out point him in the fight. Diego has competed at ADCC and can handle himself with nearly all the lightweights in the world on the ground IMO, I think you are under estimating his JJ, he may not get close to subbing BJ, I know that but I think he could definitely defend better than Kenny or Joe Stevenson. Kenny has done grapplers quest I think and Diego has done ADCC, very different levels of JJ tbf. I am not saying this is what will happen, but I don't think Diego would get subbed by BJ. BJs ground game is sick and the best in the lightweight division but I don't think he could sub Diego. The guy is alot more mentally stronger than Kenny I think and he has better JJ so should do better on the ground. I see a decision for either fighter, doubt we will see a finish. BJ by decision in a close encounter.

Diego may have gone to the ADCC, but BJ was the BJJ world champion in his early twenties and earned a Gracie Black Belt faster than any other American. Ever. That alone shows that BJ could take most 155's on the ground, but when you throw in how much he has continued to evolve in his ground game, anyone anywhere in his division will get mauled by him on the ground (at least for the first few rounds, if his cardio improvement is shown to be overrated). In his last half a dozen fights, only GSP hung with BJ on the ground for the whole fight (and for half of it BJ was semi-knocked out). Sanchez doesn't have much of a chance if it stays on the ground, so I think he'll need to dust off his wrestling and stay off the ground if he wants a chance. Really, Sanchez's only huge advantage is his incredible conditioning. I'm still doubtful of BJ's 5-round ability with anyone, and Sanchez is way beyond 'anyone'. His stand up (arguably) is on the level of BJ's, and in the Guida fight (albeit, only 3 rounds) Sanchez did not get worn down almost at all, despite the volume of hits he took and the insane pace that was set by both fighters. I doubt Penn's ability to handle that. Ultimately, I see the fight ending by submission in the first three rounds for Penn, TKO/KO in the last three for Sanchez, or a decision that can go either way (slightly favoring BJ).
