I registered again to tell you that the last part of your sentence attempting to ostracize me failed because it did not make sense. Re-read, Richard; you are taught that in the 6th grade.

I'm under 18 and I know for a fact my parents my not let me come back if there's a lot of inappropriate content. So I totally take Richard's side. On to Carwin vs. Mir...

I haven't seen a display of serious submission talent by Carwin, and Mir is one of the best ground fighters in the HW div., and with the high percentage chance of any MMA fight hitting the ground, I can't give the advantage to Carwin. And with Mir's improved stand-up and conditioning I don't give Carwin a significant advantage standing up anyway (an advantage, yes; significant, no). I think this will end up kind of like the Congo fight. I think one or the other goes down from a strike (Mir's big mouth has impressed upon me the unlikelihood of him ever backing down from a superior striker standing, much less one without a huge advantage) and then eventually Mir will submit Carwin. I won't call a round. I've never figured out how people call what round things happen in, unless they do it based upon the conditioning of the athletes (like my epic fail on saying BJP probably couldn't finish Sanchez late...I neglected that BJP has a better jab technique than anybody else in MMA; to understand that comment, you'd probably have to read his MMA instructional book).

carwin is going to clobber mir. the only way mir will win is with a lucky shot or if carwin forgets he is in a fight and takes a nap. mir is fighting brock lesnar 2.0. just as fast and strong and lesnar, but three times the mix martial skills. carwin by ref stoppage in the late first or early second.
