I think Dana has done all he can. I dont see any reason why he should co-promote with Fedor and his KGB manager. Fedor may be the best but he is not bigger than the entire UFC roster. M-1 wants to co-promote and they have only one fighter to offer? Can anyone tell me any other fighters that they represent because i am not that familiar with them.

no jeff is a skilled grappler. he is a former college champion and wrestled after college and is a bjj black blet. im not saying hes not skilled im just saying he really hasnt beaten anyone thats top tier. that all im saying.his mamager isnt kgb. dana gave him a crappy contract to say the least. no sambo and he has to keep winning but if he loses once they can tear up the contract. screw dana and the ufc. dana is greedy and i hope the ufc goes bankrupt. the ufc's greed has ruined mma just like greed ruined every other sport. i respect the fighters as world class athletes but other than that im losing respect quickly for the sport

I dont know what you have been reading but it looks like the first reports are true the contract they offered allowed him to compete in sambo, endorse his M-1 Global crap, gave part of the pay-perveiw earnings,and was the biggest money offer ever made in MMA. You complain about Dana and the UFC but if not for them the sport would not exist by now. It was not that long ago that the sport was almost completely banned they wouldnt even allow it on pay-perveiw where you could even watch porn, but not MMA? Ruined the sport? Hell they saved the dam sport.

While the sport has been largely commercialized in recent times- it was a necessary evil to grow the sport in order to help it survive. I'm fully confident in that if the UFC had not been taken over by Dana White and the Fertitta brothers that MMA in the USA would be almost non-existent. Whether it be from law-makers banning the sport or from sheer lack of interest and no money in the promotion of it- I'm sure that MMA wouldn't be NEAR the level that it is now.

Is the UFC perfect? Hell no. Is Dana kinda a contract Nazi? Sure is... However- I would argue that the UFC and Dana White have done FAAARRRRRRR more to help MMA than to hurt it.

Just the way I see it...
