I live in the West GA (85 south exit 18) very close to the Alabama boarder. Does anyone know any fights I could attend near by or where I could find a schedule. I know Wild Bills in ATL has them every few months. Also there are fight nights in Auburn but I always hear about them after they happen.

Well you just missed a submission grappling event (NAGA) this past weekend. There are a lot of fights in Dalton that a bunch of the guys I train with fight at. I'll try to remember to keep you posted with those fights.

Also, a gentleman named Lane Collier is someone that you need to talk to. He is a great promoter that hosts kickboxing and MMA fights on a very regular basis. He shouldn't be too hard to find on the internet, and he's normally pretty good about responding to fighters and using them. Lane is a former fighter himself, and he is a good promoter. However, since he also holds kickboxing fights- you will be fighting in a ring instead of a cage.

A couple of my training partners (and members of this site) are actually fighting on that card. Should be a good show!
