I really don't mean for this to sound like a pitch, but the video that I have for that is in the series Defend, Escape, Counter. Luckily, it's our least expensive video package.

I have the series. I was asking about when the arm is trapped inside.From what I see it is the traditional guillotine in the series. Sorry for any confusion, if i am missing it, please direct me to the right video.

Check out "Escaping the Guillotine from Guard" and you'll see what I'm talking about. Now, if you've cant get your elbow up enough to pry the arm open, then you need to "spread" your shoulder (not just extend your arm out) to clear his supporting arm from cutting off your carotid artery. If you have one carotid free, you won't pass out.

I'll try to get a video of what I'm talking about over the weekend.
