In "Defend, Escape, Counter" - there are 53 total videos that walk you through how to escape some of the most common submissions and positions in MMA and submission grappling. We have utilized our normal teaching style so that you are exposed to as much content as possible without any "filler" content. We review some of the escapes from positions that were covered in the previous series as well as introduce you to a LOT of new content so that you can take your submission grappling game to the next level. As always, the downloadable set is available in mp4 as well as in wmv so that you can place them directly on your iPod and take to the gym! This set is not available for free viewing on the website.
