I highly recommend "the Agressive Guard". I picked up many techniques that actually work in real MMA situations. To be a little more specific, the leg positioning while in half guard was something i had never seen before. It is such a simple change and it is incredibly more effective than what i was using before. It alone makes the price worth it. This will definately change your game for the better!
