I am going to head out of town today to train with a group of guys a couple hours away. One of the remote field plants I manage is close to them so I'll just stay overnight. Weight cutting + traveling = pain in the butt. The attached image is my food for the next two days.
Bfast: 1 non fat yogurt, hb egg & vitamins.
snack: 1/2 tin salmon & banana
lunch: salad & hb egg
snack: other half tin of salmon & apple
dinner: salad & hb egg
It creeps in just under a 1000 calories. But I'll be spending quite a bit of time behind the wheel the next two days so I shouldn't ned a ton of energy.
Weight this morning is 223. This has become a new trend the last couple cuts. It seems I am able to drop quicker. If I can get to a maintainable 205-210 after the fight I am going to reasses my overall diet and workout program to see if I can cut to MW.
